Sound-how is a diverse team lead by Anisha Thomas, a woman of colour. At Sound-how, we take pride in representing artists who have been underrepresented in the arts industry. We want our activities at Sound-how to reflect a greater push for change.
Creating great music and sound is our undying promise. Being an enabler for diversity is where our heart lies and we want our activities at Sound-how to reflect that. We want to do everything we can to ensure equal opportunities, a better working environment in the arts industry, as well as using our successes to give back to our community.

2021
Navigating these uncertain COVID times isn't easy and is mentally tolling. Empowering and giving where we can to others is one of our main missions!
Our CEO Anisha Thomas, a multi-award winning film/tv composer is offering free mentoring, advice, music consultations oe assistance session for anyone in the arts and entertainment industry. Just let us know how we can help you!

2020
In October 2020 we launched our online masterclass series presenting our first session titled "Getting to Know You: Navigating the Composer & Filmmaker Relationship".
OUR MASTERCLASS GOAL is to provide our online live and pre-recorded masterclasses workshops and training for free. We hope by offering them for free we can reach a wider community and allow for greater accessibility especially during COVID 19 and the resulting financial challenges many have faced.
2018-2019
Sound-how seeks to support causes and organisations that focus on providing greater well-being and better opportunities for underrepresented individuals and communities.
HOW IT WORKS
Every 5th project Sound-how is commissioned to complete, 15% of client fees received will be given to a chosen organisation and cause.
